As much as we all hate to admit it, change takes time. If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, a free 15 minute discovery call to discuss my program followed by a comprehensive intake for review of your medical history, physical exam, past and current medical concerns would be the initial steps. Initial consultation fee of $250 for our exam, review of your medical history and initial plan of care moving forward.

Since the first 90 days is crucial to seeing the change you so desperately desire, the program is initially set for 90 days. During this time, you will always have access to me via email or text and we will have planned weekly virtual or in person meetings to review your progress and make changes as needed. The program price for the first three months is $1050. Fee schedule will be collected in equal payments, 1st payment of $350 at the start of your personalized program week 1, 2nd payment $350 after 6 weeks and then the last payment of $350 at the conclusion of your 12 week intensive program.

After your program is complete, should you wish to continue with me as your functional medicine provider, each visit will be billed at $150/hour sessions.
